Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably from a regular university; outstanding candidates with a regular college degree may also be considered. Graduates from mechanical design engineering or related fields with over five years of experience as a structural engineer or above in electronic product or plastic manufacturing enterprises. Good command of English reading and writing skills.
2. Proficient in 3D software such as CREO and PRO/E, skilled in CAD 2D drawing, familiar with ZW3D (2D/3D), and well-versed in tolerance analysis.
3. Familiar with mold structure and material properties, and have knowledge of injection molding, die casting, stamping, and machining processes.
4. Capable of independently handling all issues related to structural design, mold opening, testing, and trial production, and have a basic understanding of safety regulations.
5. Familiar with product development processes, have strong control over key project milestones, and can independently complete the production of project-related documents.
6. Diligent, meticulous, responsible, with good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.
7. Familiar with IATF16949:2016 and ISO14001:2015 operation systems.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design of structural drawings (including 2D, 3D, packaging drawings, etc.) and the creation of DFMEA.
2. Responsible for structural prototyping (including 3D printing and handboard mechanical processing).
3. Responsible for mold opening follow-up (including confirmation of DFM analysis reports and mold opening samples).
4. Responsible for the assembly and testing of prototype structures, and management of problem points and test reports.
5. Responsible for analyzing and solving structural design problems at all stages (including prototypes, trial production, and production).
6. Responsible for the follow-up of trial production material properties, testing methods, specification parameters, and design margins.
7. Responsible for the release of structural drawings and structural BOM.
8. Responsible for the release of structural design changes and management of structural design versions.
9. Responsible for the signing of structural parts in the project.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
