Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, with at least five years of working experience in quality management positions such as Quality Manager in plastic or electronic product manufacturing enterprises.

2. Rich experience in quality management and handling quality anomalies, as well as in customer audit coordination.

3. System operation: Familiar with the operation of IATF16949:2016 and ISO14001:2015 systems.

4. Proficient in applying the five core tools of the automotive industry (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP).

5. English proficiency: Capable of handling English emails and writing English reports proficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Based on the quality requirements of the clients and the equipment capabilities and process levels of the factory in Vietnam, design the most cost-effective quality control plan and monitor the quality of the products throughout the entire process (including material supply, production process, and finished product shipment, etc.).

2. Supervise whether the daily work of QC is carried out in accordance with the operation documents.

3. Review the inspection guidelines, QC engineering diagrams, and control plans formulated by the quality engineers to ensure the suitability, sufficiency, and effectiveness of the documents.

4. Approve the daily "IQC Inspection Report", "IPQC Patrol Inspection Report", and "OQC Inspection Report", and be responsible for the inspection process and results.

5. Organize quality meetings to summarize product quality issues and promote continuous improvement of the products.

6. Be responsible for handling and making decisions on important and urgent quality issues during the production process.

7. Be responsible for training and guiding quality engineers and QC in quality management.

8. Be responsible for formulating, decomposing, and monitoring the goals of the QC department, leading the QC team to achieve the company's quality goals, and conducting performance evaluations on the achievement status.

9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably from a regular university; outstanding candidates with a regular college degree may also be considered. Graduates from mechanical design engineering or related fields with over five years of experience as a structural engineer or above in electronic product or plastic manufacturing enterprises. Good command of English reading and writing skills.

2. Proficient in 3D software such as CREO and PRO/E, skilled in CAD 2D drawing, familiar with ZW3D (2D/3D), and well-versed in tolerance analysis.

3. Familiar with mold structure and material properties, and have knowledge of injection molding, die casting, stamping, and machining processes.

4. Capable of independently handling all issues related to structural design, mold opening, testing, and trial production, and have a basic understanding of safety regulations.

5. Familiar with product development processes, have strong control over key project milestones, and can independently complete the production of project-related documents.

6. Diligent, meticulous, responsible, with good communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork.

7. Familiar with IATF16949:2016 and ISO14001:2015 operation systems.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the design of structural drawings (including 2D, 3D, packaging drawings, etc.) and the creation of DFMEA.

2. Responsible for structural prototyping (including 3D printing and handboard mechanical processing).

3. Responsible for mold opening follow-up (including confirmation of DFM analysis reports and mold opening samples).

4. Responsible for the assembly and testing of prototype structures, and management of problem points and test reports.

5. Responsible for analyzing and solving structural design problems at all stages (including prototypes, trial production, and production).

6. Responsible for the follow-up of trial production material properties, testing methods, specification parameters, and design margins.

7. Responsible for the release of structural drawings and structural BOM.

8. Responsible for the release of structural design changes and management of structural design versions.

9. Responsible for the signing of structural parts in the project.
